Hi, I’m LeiLani.

Your inner work & transformation coach

I help ambitious women break free from the chains of trauma, fear and limiting beliefs to unleash the wild, infinite power that’s been inside you all along.

Naturally, I’ve been a coach my entire life. But my formal journey began in 2010 when I started volunteering with Working Wardrobes. I was one of their youngest coaches at the time. They weren’t sure at first — but when I shared my story and how aligned I was with their mission, it all made sense.

In that role, I worked primarily with women coming out of extremely difficult circumstances — survivors of trafficking, addiction, homelessness and domestic violence. Women in safe houses, rebuilding their lives from scratch. I learned early on that when I opened up about my own story, especially as an outsider donning such a polished look, the women would immediately open up.

That became my calling.  I knew I was meant to inspire.  I was meant not to just teach women how to find jobs but to lead them to the realization that they deserve healthy gainful employment, that they are worthy.  I taught confidence. I spent years telling my personal story in rooms like that not knowing one day I was going to do it in a much bigger  way.

In 2011, I was honored with a Certificate of Congressional Recognition for my work as a success coach at Working Wardrobes — recognized for my commitment to helping the unemployed and underserved reclaim their confidence and career path.

Years later, I carried that same heart and mission into founding be the change HR, a social impact HR firm that offers free job readiness classes and coaching to survivors of sex trafficking through partnerships with nonprofits across the U.S. To date, we’ve helped hundreds of survivors with our job readiness program.

I know what it’s like to be the strong one.

To lead, to build, to perform — all while carrying a story that no one else can see.

I’ve lived the numerous chapters of survival and rounds of high achievement. And I’ve learned that freedom isn’t found in doing more. It’s found in being more you.

Through my own healing journey, I came home to myself — and that’s what I now guide other women toward.

Because high-achieving women deserve deep healing too.

And when they heal, they change the world.
